KEVIN CARROTHERS
Kevin Carrothers has served as our Sr. Pastor since 2009. He is a native of Southern Illinois where he came to Christ as a child at First Baptist Church of Cutler. He received his Bachelor of Science (’91) and Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (’11) from Missouri Baptist University and his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law (’94). He is married to Jennifer who is a physical therapist and a graduate of Southwest Baptist University. They have two children, Ian and Elena.

ZAXXSON NATION
Zaxxson Nation has been the Youth Minister at RFBC since May 2008. He has grown up in Rochester and became a Christian through attending an evangelistic drama in southern Mississippi in 5th grade. He began attending RFBC and was equipped to serve as a leader through attending Super Summer in 2002, a student discipleship camp sponsored by the Illinois Baptist State Association. Since then, Zaxxson has lead worship for various churches, served as a leader for Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s Baptist collegiate ministry, received a Bachelor’s in Science for English Education from SIUE, worked as an English teacher for 2 years at Rochester HS, and gone on mission trips to various places, including Bulgaria and the Dominican Republic.
